Free delivery service
We use DHL or DPD "free delivery" to deliver orders with a net value of € 100,00 and more within in Germany and Austria: "free German border" in other countries". We also calculate € 5.00 for freight and packaging. Minimum order value € 25,00. No delivery can be made below the minimum order value.

Pick up service
If you have any reason for a complaint: A phone-call is enough and we will pick up the goods free of charge
at your address – return on in the original condition and in the original packaging. Palletised shipments are always excluded from this ruling. Freight forward return shipments are generally not accepted. Only finishing work or repairs which have to be done on site must be coordinated with our sales department.

Delivery service
All orders received by 12.00 o`clock will be dispatched on the same day by parcel post.

Price validity
The prices stated in our catalogue are net prices, plus the legally applicable value added tax. They remain valid until the next catalogue appears. Appearance of this catalogue extinguishes the validity of all the previously published prices.
